Illegal demolition of a historical bridge over the railway in the touristic city of Palma de Mallorca. Done early in the morning, this act was kept for memory by local activists, who photographed and filmed the demolition. This is the Fox 6 Milwaukee (WITI) coverage of the removal of a cracked section of the Hoan Bridge (a long bridge crossing a large section of Milwaukee and a major traffic route to downtown) on December 28, 2000.

I remember my 30-40 minute bus ride from Cudahy to UWM took more than four hours the day the bridge cracked. The bus did not cover the bridge but all the traffic that DID diverted through many other roads, causing massive traffic jams.

This is part one of two, showing the coverage of the precision explosion cutting out the damaged section. The full coverage was much longer than this but unfortunately I only recorded these two sections.
