Oct. 29th demolition of the Bismarck, North Dakota Liberty Memorial Bridge was scheduled for 10am, but delayed till 11:09am. Homes were evacuated under the eastern appproach of the old brodge both to the north and south. Due to wind conditions during the week the center section in going to be allowed to be dismanteled on the ground where a causeway will be built into the river.
